Why are we here?
Over the years, we’ve seen countless individuals experience the bad side of technology from an aspect of buying the wrong equipment to being utterly ripped off when it comes time to fix said equipment. We decided to step up and ensure that you pay a fair price for IT services. We’re not going to charge you $300 to set up a new computer because we know it doesn’t take 3 hours to do it. We don’t believe in the dealership principle where a book says how long it should take and that’s the price you pay when it takes us 30 minutes to fix it.
A modern approach
We are more than happy to recommend the whole kit and caboodle, but we’ll tell you what you NEED rather than what we want to charge you. It’s as simple as that. Sure, we can sell you a top end performance laptop and we’ll make more on it, but is it what you really need for just browsing Facebook, Tiktok, and paying online bills? Certainly not. If we feel it’s a ripoff to us, we’re not going to do it to you. We all circle back to that golden rule.
Is it bad business?
The short answer is a resounding “NO.” It’s bad for us, but this is about what is GOOD for you. While we don’t mind seeing you again for repeat business, we actually don’t want to see you again because it means you are having either the same issue or another issue. Repeat business lines our pockets, but we’d rather ensure you don’t need to come back for a long time…even if it means we don’t make money. We feel that is a better way to do business because you will more likely recommend someone else to us. In treating people right, we hope to build a larger customer base.
